Return & Refund Policy

At TrunkTrove, each product is carefully handcrafted and packed with attention to detail. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

No Returns or Cancellations

Once an order has been packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or returned. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preferences.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Refunds or replacements will be provided only in cases where:

  • The product received is damaged, or

  • An incorrect product has been delivered

Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, customers must share a clear, continuous unboxing video starting from the sealed package to the product.
Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Reporting an Issue

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us via email or Instagram DM, along with:

  • Unboxing video

  • Clear images of the product and packaging

  • Order details

Resolution

Once verified, we will:

  • Issue a refund, or

  • Provide a replacement, at our discretion

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–10 business days.

Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Minor variations in colour, size, or detailing (due to handcrafted nature)

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Claims raised after 48 hours

  • Missing or unclear unboxing video

Final Decision

TrunkTrove reserves the right to approve or reject any return or refund request after review.
